Ghanaian teen Ernest Nuamah is a step away from joining French Ligue I side Lyon from FC Nordsjaelland in the Danish top-flight.

The French club Lyon have reached a deal to sign dangerous forward from Nordsjaelland this summer. Talks are done with the 19-year-old expected to travel to France on Sunday to complete his medicals.

Nuamah was courted by French giant’s PSG, alongside Tottenham Hotspur, Borussia Dortmund and a host of English clubs but Lyon have won the race to sign the teenage prodigy.

Nuamah has also agreed his personal terms with Lyon left with medicals.

However, Nordsjaelland will benefit from the club with a percentage agreed in Nuamah’s deal of future sale from Lyon.

The Black Meteors last season won all awards in the Danish top-flight including player’s player of the year award.
