Medeama SC sign forward Osah Bernardinho

The Mauves and Yellow outfit have signed Ghanaian attacker Bernandinho Osah Tetteh on a permanent contract after both parties agreed on terms.

The attacking midfielder put pen to paper to sign a three-year contract from Ghanaian lower-tier side Attram de Visser.

The Ghanaian football who has gained international experience is expected to provide bite to the team as they embark on their 2023-24 CAF Champions League competition. Medeama SC is making their debut campaign in the 2023-24 CAF Champions League after clinching the Ghanaian domestic league.

He joined Great Olympics in 2017 before making a switch to Belgian outfit Westerlo in 2020.

He subsequently played on loan at Belgian sides ASV Gee and Heist and also featured for Canadian side Atlético Ottawa in 2022.

“Bernardinho is an exciting forward who bring a wealth of experience and quality to bear on the team. We are happy to have concluded a deal with him. Osah Bernardinho Tetteh said: I am very happy to be here and I hope to work with my colleagues to bring the joy and victories needed to catapult this great team. Some of the players are my friends and so integrating will be easier. I can’t wait to get started.”

The Tarkwa-based outfit will take on Nigerian side Remo Stars FC in their first match of the preliminary round at the Cape Coast Stadium on Sunday August 20, 2023.
