Ghana forward, Jordan Ayew shined in Crystal Palace win over Watford ìn their preseason friendly on Saturday.

The attacker played a key role in Crystal Palace silencing the English Championship side Watford 2-1 victory at home. Ayew assisted one of his side goals that saw them record a preseason win.

Despite, a difficult goalless draw in the first half Crystal Palace exhibited stupendous performance after the break to net twice. Odsonne Edouard opened the scoring for Palace in the 54th minute after connecting from Jordan Ayew’s pass but Edo Kayembe found the back of the net in the 68th minute to restore parity for Watford.

Five minutes after the 70th minute, Odsonne Edouard scored to restore Crystal Palace lead as they cruised to a 2-1 victory.

The Black Stars attacker enjoyed 76′ minutes of action as was replaced by Joel Ward.

Meanwhile, his Ghanaian compatriots of Jeffery Schlupp and Jesurun Rak-Sakyi climbed off the bench to make appearance for Crystal Palace.
