‘I feel so happy to join Asante Kotoko” – Yahaya Dawuni

Asante Kotoko SC new signing Yahaya Dawuni says he is excited to complete a sensational move to the Ghanaian giant’s.

The defender has signed a permanent contract which runs till 2026, after having his medical examination. Just age 19, the Ghanaian youngster is considered one of the promising talents in the local scene.

He joined the Reds from Division One League side, Susubuiribi SC.

Speaking to the club website, Dawuni said; “I feel so happy to be here. Kotoko is my dream club and I am honoured to be part of this great family, to be able to dorn the iconic red jersey and also play in front of the loyal supporters at the Baba Yara Stadium.”
