Defending champions Black Damsels have been placed in a competitive Group B following the official draw for the CAF U15 Girls’ African Schools Football Championship.

Ghana will battle Guinea and Tanzania for a place in the knockout stage, setting up what promises to be a tightly contested group phase.

Meanwhile, Group A features hosts Zimbabwe alongside Morocco, Zambia, and DR Congo.

Ghana head into the tournament with confidence and high expectations after lifting the title in the previous edition. Their success has positioned them as one of the teams to beat as they aim to retain their crown on the continental stage.

The championship, which continues to gain recognition as a key platform for nurturing young talent, will see some of Africa’s brightest schoolgirl footballers compete for top honours.

The competition is scheduled to run from April 6 to April 10 in Zimbabwe, where the Black Damsels will look to once again assert their dominance and showcase the strength of Ghana’s emerging football talent.
