According to SkySports, an unnamed club in the English Premier League have joined the race for former English youth star Callum Hudson-Odoi before summer transfer window ends in September 1.

Chelsea FC due to the slow level of Fulham who showed interest in their forward over one month now has welcome the unnamed club, ready to negotiate for the sales of Odoi. Fulham first bid for Callum Hudson-Odoi for £10 million but saw it rejected.

Currently, Fulham has bid £15 million to Chelsea FC on their second visit but not up to their target of the London club.

It is understood that, Crystal Palace is also in the race for the UEFA Champions League winner for this summer move.

Odoi, 22, is not part of Chelsea FC first team for the 2023-24 Premiership and asuch, has no jersey number including Hakim Ziyech and Romelu Lukaku. Last season, he went on a season-long loan at Bayern Leverkusen.

He was once a huge target by Bundesliga giant’s Bayern Munich, bidding £80m for his transfer but Chelsea FC kept hold of him until his sudden injury in 2020 which has denied him the moment to return to his best.

He is in his final year of his contract and currently not part of Manager Mauricio Pochettino’s plan.
