“Dreams FC Secure First Win of the Season with Victory Over Medeama
Dreams Football Club recorded a 1-0 victory over Medeama Sporting Club at the Tuba astroturf in week 10 of the Ghana Premier League.
A Joseph Esso’s goal from 12 yards out was enough for the “Still Believe” lads to grab their first win of the season.
From the blast of the whistle, Dreams FC were intentional about scoring the first goal in the game as they created some decent chances in the first 20 minutes of the game. However, the game ended goalless in the first half.
Dreams FC kept on knocking on the door of Medeama and were determined to break the deadlock. In the 69th minute, the referee awarded a penalty to Dream FC before Joseph Esso slotted the ball in the net.
Medeama came out of their shell to get the equalizer but no avail.
Dreams FC have recorded their first win of the season after 10 games while Medeama are winless in their last three games.
