Defender Maxwell Agyemang has seen his contract with Ghanaian heavyweights Asante Kotoko SC terminated, Nkrataasem.com can exclusively confirm.
After two seasons stint, at the Porcupine Warriors the Interim Management Committee (IMC) has cut short the stay of the center-back. Agyemang joined the Reds in September 2021 from Mighty Royals on a three-year contract.
But will not be part of the team in the upcoming 2023-24 league season.
Asante Kotoko SC is expected to announce the contract termination of the aforementioned player in the coming days.
Meanwhile, four players have already received their sack, namely; Mohammed Alhassan, Charles Owusu, Samuel Boateng and Dickson Afoakwa.
