PHOTOS: Medeama SC touch down in Nigeria for Remo Stars epic clash

The Ghanaian champions have arrived in Nigeria ahead of their second leg tie against Remo Stars SC in the 2023-24 CAF Champions League.

Medeama SC picked up a narrow 1-0 victory over the Remoland based outfit last Sunday at the Cape Coast Stadium in their first league encounter and is expected to secure qualification to the next stage of the competition.

On Saturday morning, the Mauves and Yellow outfit landed in Nigeria for the clash.

Though, Medeama SC heads into the second leg with an advantage but would need to offer more to stun Remo Stars SC. It was Jonathan Sowah’s long range shot changing the script for Medeama SC at home.

They are making their first ever appearance in the CAF Champions League after making two appearance in the CAF Confederation Cup.

Game against Remo Stars SC is scheduled for Sunday, August 27, 2023 at 4pm at the Remo Stars stadium.
