37-year-old Ghanaian football coach, Samuel Boadu has begun work with Ghanaian lower-tier club Kumasi Cornerstone Football Club ahead of new league season.

The former Accra Hearts of Oak SC boss on Tuesday, July 25 2023 started training with the playing body as he puts the team in good situation before their league takes off. The club announced his appointment as manager on Monday as Nkrataasem.com published but he denied such report after the article had gone viral.

In confronting, Nkrataasem.com Boadu said; “Where from this? It never true, I repeat it can never be true.

But the former Asokwa Deportivo and Medeama SC boss has already begun work with club clarifying his appointment.

“The publication was clear he’s a stop-gap not a permanent contract and he will leave anytime he gets his offer but since he’s at home, he agreed to work with the club which he agreed with the Club President and made his first training.

The word Stop-gap means temporary or interim”, it reads.

Boadu is rumoured to be joining Aduana Stars Football club before the 2023-24 BetPawa Premier League kick-off.
