Didi Dramani Reveals Hearts of Oak’s Tactical Plan for Samartex Showdown

Head coach of Accra Hearts of Oak SC, Didi Dramani, has detailed the tactical strategy his side intends to use against FC Samartex 1996 ahead of their upcoming Ghana Premier League encounter.

The Phobians will travel to the Nsenkyire Sports Arena on Sunday seeking a positive result as the league season approaches its conclusion.

Speaking before the fixture, Dramani acknowledged the quality and physical approach of Samartex but insisted Hearts of Oak are preparing specifically to neutralise the home side’s strengths.

“They are very compact, they are very aggressive, and they are a good side, so we need to be strong in our second actions. We need to be decisive, and we need to be very quick in closing the gaps,” Dramani told Hearts TV.

The experienced coach stressed that controlling second balls and limiting spaces will be crucial if Hearts are to disrupt Samartex’s rhythm during the match.

He also pointed to the importance of being clinical in attack, noting that his side must make the most of the scoring opportunities they create.

“We acknowledge their strength, but we are going to try our best to come back with a very important result,” he added.

The fixture is expected to play a significant role in both teams’ ambitions as the race for league positions intensifies heading into the closing stages of the campaign.
