Daniel Amartey back to training with Besiktas
Ghana defender, Daniel Amartey has made a return to training after picking up injury.
He returned to join his teammates on Monday having recovered from his injury which sidelined him for close to two weeks. The center-back sustained a hamstring injury but managed to shake it off to join first team.
The Black Stars defender due to the injury missed Ghana’s clash against Central African Republic and the friendly with Liberia during the international break.
Amartey’s return is a morale bolster for Basiktas as it puts him in a good position to feature in Thursday’s Europa Conference League game against Club Brugge.
The former Leicester City FC man could also be in available for Ghana’s next international assignments against Mexico and United States of America in October.
