Accra Hearts of Oak S.C. defender Baba Adamu has expressed confidence in his side’s ability to secure all three points when they face Heart of Lions F.C. in their upcoming Ghana Premier League clash.

The Phobians head into the Week 26 encounter under pressure after going three matches without a win, a run that has intensified the need for a positive result as they continue their campaign in the Ghana Premier League.

Despite the recent struggles, Adamu insists the team is well-prepared and fully focused on delivering a strong performance away from home.

“We have prepared so well for this game. Heart of Lions, they are a very good side, and we know that. Anyone who plays against Hearts of Oak is always hungry. There is nothing special we can do. We need to go according to our plan, attack the spaces and do what the gaffer asks us to do. I’m sure at the end of the day we will carry the day,” Adamu said.

The defender acknowledged the quality of the opposition but emphasized that execution of the tactical approach laid out by head coach Mas-Ud Didi Dramani will be crucial to securing victory.

The match is scheduled for Friday, March 20, with kickoff set for 3:00 pm at the Kpando Sports Stadium, where Hearts of Oak will be aiming to bounce back and reignite their push up the league table.
