Captain of Bechem United FC, Augustine Okrah, says the team is fully determined to secure victory against Asante Kotoko SC in their upcoming Ghana Premier League encounter.

Bechem United are preparing for an important showdown against the Porcupine Warriors as the league campaign approaches its final stretch, with the Hunters eager to finish strongly in front of their supporters.

The fixture also carries additional significance for Bechem United, as it will mark the club’s final home match of the season at the Nana Fosu Gyeabour Park.

Speaking ahead of the game, Okrah revealed that the squad has intensified preparations and remains focused on delivering a winning performance on Sunday.

“Our focus is on Sunday’s game against Asante Kotoko. Every player is working hard and preparing so that we give our best on Sunday,” he told Bechem United TV.

The experienced midfielder stressed that the team is highly motivated to avoid dropping points in what will be their final appearance in front of home fans this season.

“It will be our last home game, so everyone will give their best so that we don’t drop any points. We will go all out to claim all three points,” he added.

Okrah also pointed to the club’s first-round defeat against Kotoko as an added source of motivation heading into the contest.

“They defeated us in the first round, but now we are also focused on getting our win here at our home grounds.”

Sunday’s Ghana Premier League fixture is scheduled to kick off at 3:00 PM at Nana Fosu Gyeabour Park, with both sides aiming for a strong finish to the campaign.
