Abdul Salam Eager to Score More After Opening Medeama Account
Medeama SC forward Abdul Salam has set his sights on adding to his goal tally after scoring his first for the club in the Ghana Premier League.
The attacker opened his account on May 2, 2025, when the Mauve and Yellow secured an emphatic 3-1 win over Vision FC in a Week 30 fixture of the ongoing 2024/25 league campaign.
His goal, which came in just his third appearance of the season, marked a significant milestone in his career with the Tarkwa-based side.
Now, Salam says he is more determined than ever to contribute further to Medeama’s campaign with goals.
“I felt great after scoring my first goal for Medeama,” he told the club’s media team in a pre-match interview. “After scoring my first goal, I’m highly motivated because I know I can score more. I want to score more to help Medeama.”
The forward will be hoping to find the net again this weekend when Medeama SC face Karela United in a crucial Ghana Premier League clash at the Aliu Mahama Sports Stadium. The match is scheduled to kick off at 3:00 pm.
