Ghanaian international Tariq Lamptey has shared his frustration after Brighton & Hove Albion squandered a two-goal lead to draw 2-2 with Leicester City  at the King Power Stadium.

The Black Stars defender scored a sensational goal for Brighton in the game and who played the full 90 minutes. However, his efforts were not enough to secure all three points for the Seagulls.

The former Chelsea player took to his instagram account to express how he feels and also promised to keep working hard for the fans.

“Tough one to take, but we will keep working hard to improve and be ready. Thanks for the support as always, hope everyone got back safe,” Lamptey wrote on Instagram after the game.

The draw marked a frustrating result for Brighton, who had hoped to climb higher in the league standings. Lamptey’s standout performance, however, was a bright spot, as he continues to shine for both club and country.
