“The pitch will decide”- Kassim Mingle vows to beat Asante Kotoko
Head Coach for Nations Football Club, Kassim Mingle has warned Kumasi Asante Kotoko ahead of their Ghana Premier League clash.
Nations FC will trade tackles with the Porcupine Warriors in Obuasi for match week 11 of the Ghana Premier League.
Nations FC are second on the table and just a point behind league leaders Bibiani Goldstars while Asante Kotoko will be hoping to bounce back from three straight loses in the league.
Speaking ahead of the crucial game, Kassim Mingle says his team will put aside every respect they have for Kotoko and focus solely on the game which he describes as tough.
“Asante Kotoko are our senior brothers and we are going to play them. We will put seniority aside on the field of play. The team that plays good football with luck being of his side will carry the day. So the pitch will decide. They will try to win to compensate their fans. They will come all out to win but we will not be pushovers. It will be a tough game” He said.
