Razak Simpson’s Black Stars Call-Up ‘Deserved’- Kassim Mingle

Nations Football Club gaffer, Kassim Mingle has reacted to the callup of his club captain to the Ghana’s senior men national team.

Razak Simpson was included in coach Otto Addo’s 25 man squad for the crucial 2024 AFCON qualifiers against Angola and Niger. He is part of three other local players called up.

Speaking on Simpson’s call-up, Kassim Mingle expressed his joy and opined that his player’s callup is long overdue

“Razak Simpson absolutely deserves this. His call-up to the Black Stars should have come sooner.” He said.

Razak Simpson has been an integral player for Nations FC in the Ghana Premier League since last season.

Ghana will take on Angola on Friday, November 15, followed by a home game against Niger at the Accra Sports Stadium on Monday, November 18, 2024.
