The Ghana Football Association has announced that newly appointed Black Stars head coach Carlos Queiroz will soon arrive in the country for his official unveiling.

According to GFA Communications Director Henry Asante Twum, preparations are ongoing to formally introduce the experienced tactician, who is expected to outline his plans and vision for the senior national team.

Speaking on Asempa FM, Asante Twum indicated that the unveiling will offer Ghanaians and the media a first opportunity to engage directly with the coach following his appointment.

“In the next few days, Carlos Queiroz will arrive in Ghana to be properly unveiled, where he will personally tell us his plans, expectations and ambitions for the team,” he said.

He further explained that while an initial statement from the coach has already been made public, the upcoming event will provide a platform for deeper engagement.

“We have only made his statement to us public, but he will be unveiled and made available to the press to answer questions, and then we will make progress from there,” Asante Twum added.

The Portuguese manager is expected to begin working closely with the squad next month, starting with an international friendly against Mexico, followed by another preparatory fixture against Wales on June 2.
