Kobina Amissah Braces for ‘Life and Death’ Clash as Bechem United Face Samartex
Kobina Amissah has warned that Bechem United must be ready for a fierce battle when they take on FC Samartex 1996 in a crucial Ghana Premier League encounter.
With both teams under pressure in the lower half of the table, the Bechem United coach expects a highly competitive contest, particularly given Samartex’s recent struggles.
“The game is very crucial and very important. Samartex have gone six matches without a win, so it means playing against us at their home, it will be a matter of life and death for them,” he told Bechem United TV.
Amissah acknowledged that his own side is also fighting to climb away from danger, making the fixture equally significant for his players.
“But we are also struggling on the league table. We are one of the teams struggling to survive, so we also have to do everything to get something back home. So that game is very important.”
The clash is shaping up to be a pivotal moment in the relegation battle, with both teams desperate to secure points as the season heads into its decisive phase.
