The Ghanaian defender has officially left giant’s Accra Hearts of Oak SC after seven years.

Accra Hearts of Oak SC have confirmed parting ways with the center-back, who rose to become a first choice center-back in the team during coach Samuel Boadu’s tenure.

Robert Addo Sowah leaves Hearts of Oak and will not be part of the team for the upcoming league season. Upon contract expiration, the Capital-based outfit declined any attempt to renew the contracts of Addo.

He has been a part of the Continental Club Masters since 2016.

Addo’s seven year spell has come to an end at Hearts of Oak SC after joining from Uncle T FC. He made 84 league appearance for the side, helping them clinch the 2021-22 Premier league title, MTN FA Cup, Super Cup and President Cup.
