Didi Dramani Targets Long-Term Consistency and Alignment with Hearts of Oak Vision
Newly appointed Hearts of Oak head coach Mas-Ud Didi Dramani has vowed to align with the club’s strategic direction and build a foundation rooted in consistency and sustainability as he begins his tenure with the Phobians.
Speaking during his official unveiling on Monday, June 30, 2025, at the club’s secretariat in Accra, the seasoned tactician emphasized his desire to support the vision of the club’s Board of Directors while implementing a progressive developmental approach.
“I will try to understudy the vision of the board, which represents the direction of the club, and work to establish a clear path built on consistency and sustainability,” Dramani said.
“We will make every effort to adopt a more progressive developmental approach. We acknowledge what has been instituted over the years,” he added, signaling a respectful transition that blends legacy with innovation.
His most recent position was Head of Football at the Right to Dream Academy, where he was instrumental in nurturing young talents. He also served on Ghana’s technical bench at the 2022 FIFA World Cup and previously led the local-based national team, the Black Galaxies.
