The Black Princesses, Ghana’s U-20 female national team, have begun preparations for their upcoming FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup qualifier against Tunisia in September.

Thirty players have been invited to camp at the Ghanaman Soccer Centre of Excellence in Prampram, with training set to commence on Monday, August 18, 2025. The camp is designed to assess the players’ capabilities, sharpen their skills, and strengthen team cohesion ahead of the crucial qualifier.

Among the notable call-ups are Stanford University defender Alexandra Emefa Tay and Scrosoppi FC’s Sania Sereboe, who will join the squad for the first time. Their inclusion is expected to provide the team with additional depth and international experience.

The training sessions will give the technical team the opportunity to evaluate individual performances, tactical understanding, and overall team chemistry in preparation for the tie against Tunisia.

Ghana will be seeking to secure qualification for the FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup, continuing its tradition of strong representation on the global stage.
