Ajax REJECTS WestHam United second bid for Mohammed Kudus
Dutch club, AFC Ajax Amsterdam have rejected a second bid from English side WestHam United FC for their attacking midfielder Kudus Mohammed. On Tuesday, the Hammers made a deal worth €42million for the Ghana international but seen it turned down.
WestHam United FC first made a bid worth €40million and was rejected, same amount Ajax asked Brighton and Hove Albion to return to England with.
Kudus, 23, is in the transfer market and being chased by many clubs including Chelsea FC and Arsenal FC. He will obviously, exit the Dutch club tnis summer, however, Ajax have rejected the proposal out of hand.
No intention to accept at conditions of around €42m.
West Ham still in talks for Mohammed Kudus after seeing their second offer rejected. Ajax now want closer to €50m and sense other late-window suitors may enter the race.
Ajax relaxed about situation because they would love to keep Kudus beyond this window, but player wants to move.
The Black Stars midfielder has contract running until 2025.
