The Black Queens held their first training session on Tuesday, November 28, ahead of facing Namibia in the qualifiers for the 2024 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations (WAFCON).

Ghana will face Namibia in the final round of qualifiers for the main tournament after their victory over Rwanda in the last round.

Nora Hauptle’s side claimed an emphatic 12-0 aggregate win over Rwanda to set up the clash against Namibia as they seek a return to the competition after missing out on the 2022 edition.

15 players were involved in the first day of training in Ghana ahead of the first leg on Friday, December 1.
