The 2022-23 BetPawa Premier League champions, have augmented their squad with a new signing after confirming the acquisition of Ghanaian forward Daniel Lomotey.
The former Ghana Under-20 striker Daniel Adzigodi Lomotey Agbloe has joined the outfit on a permanent contract. He pen down a two-year deal after leaving Algerian giants ES Setif.
He returns to the country’s elite division after enjoying a two-year stint in North Africa.
The former West African Football Academy striker is expected to be key for Medeama’s first team as they compete on three fronts this season.
Lomotey is remembered for scoring four goals for WAFA against Medeama in a 5-4 nine-goal thriller win in the Ghana Premier League in January 2021.
Lomotey has already joined the team in Cape Coast to resume training.
