Medeama Coach Ibrahim Tanko Vows to Give His Best and Chase More Trophies
Newly appointed Medeama Sporting Club head coach Ibrahim Tanko has assured fans of his full commitment to ensuring the club thrives under his leadership.
In his first interview since taking over the Ghana Premier League champions, the former Ghana U-23 coach expressed his determination to guide the team to success and bring joy to the supporters.
“I hope we are all going to enjoy, and I’m sure the team will do well. I will tell the fans that I will always give my best, and in the end, they will all be happy,” Tanko said .
Tanko, who replaced Augustine Evans Adotey, is keen on adding to Medeama’s trophy cabinet. He emphasized that his ambition is to achieve even greater success with the club.
“We always want to be better. The success is there, and like I said, I’m here also to achieve something. So before the end of my tenure, I’m sure the cups will be more.”
The former Borussia Dortmund and Black Stars assistant coach brings vast experience to Medeama, having worked at top levels in Germany, Cameroon, and Ghana.
