Head coach of Hearts of Oak, Didi Dramani, is optimistic his side can return to winning ways when they face Young Apostles in the Ghana Premier League this weekend.

The Phobians head into the Week 28 fixture under pressure after going five matches without a victory, a run that has slowed their progress in the Ghana Premier League standings.

Speaking ahead of Sunday’s clash at the Accra Sports Stadium, Dramani acknowledged the threat posed by their opponents but expressed belief in his team’s ability to get the job done.

“They are a youthful side. They run a lot. They are very transitional; you know, they can also move the ball, but I think that we are also very strong in the way we want to work on, you know, our approach, and then we need to be very consistent in the way we are,” he said.

The Hearts boss emphasized the need for improved organization and sharper finishing, areas he believes will be key to securing victory.

“I hope that we can close up the spaces that expose us in the last game, and then we can be more clinical and more purposeful when we break them up in our offensive play,” he added.

Dramani also called on supporters to rally behind the team as they look to turn their fortunes around.

“I think that our fans have always been there for us. We urge them to continuously be behind us. We encourage them to come in their numbers. They should continue to support the only club that they love. And then we are very, very committed to the course of the club to turn things around,” he said.

Kickoff for the encounter is scheduled for 3 pm on Sunday, with Hearts determined to reignite their campaign and climb back into contention.
