Ghana’s Black Maidens have stepped up preparations for their FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup qualifier against Liberia after holding their training session in Monrovia.

The team trained at the Samuel Kanyon Doe Sports Complex as they continued fine-tuning plans for the crucial second-leg encounter.

All 24 players currently in camp took part in the session, with the technical team overseeing tactical exercises, fitness routines and positional drills ahead of matchday.

The Black Maidens head into the fixture with confidence following a dominant first-leg display in Accra and are aiming to complete the job away from home to secure progression to the next phase of the qualifiers.

Coaches were seen closely monitoring performances throughout the session as preparations intensified under the humid conditions in Monrovia.
