Ghana Premier League side Bechem United have announced a major reshuffle of their technical team as part of preparations for the 2025/26 football season.

The Hunters, who finished 10th in the recently concluded campaign, are looking to improve their fortunes and mount a stronger challenge in the upcoming season. The restructuring is a clear signal of the club’s ambition to make a bigger impact in Ghana’s top flight.

As part of the overhaul, head coach Kwaku Danso has been promoted to the position of Technical Director. Danso guided the club throughout the 2024/25 season and will now take on a broader strategic role within the team.

To fill the head coach vacancy, Bechem United have appointed Issah Botwe, a former trainer of Liberty Professionals. Botwe is expected to bring fresh ideas and a new tactical direction to the team.

Additionally, assistant coach Seth Osei Wire has been assigned a new responsibility as head coach of the Bechem United youth team, where he will oversee the development of young talents.

The changes underscore Bechem United’s long-term vision of building a competitive and sustainable football structure. With the 2025/26 season set to kick off in September, fans and analysts will be keeping a close eye on how the new-look technical team shapes the club’s performance.
