Ghanaian heavyweights, Asante Kotoko have submitted list of 31 players for their upcoming 2023-24 league season expected start next weekend.
The Porcupine Warriors after offloading 11 players from the team, augmented with unknown characters with some joining from lower-tier clubs. Nonetheless, head coach of the side Prosper Narteh Ogum is confident with time the players will deliver.
Baba Yahaya, Yahaya Dawuni, Nanabayin Amoah, Andrews Ntim Manu, Samuel Asamoah, Yussif Nurudeen Mohammed, Henry Ansu and Kalo Quattara are the newly acquired players.
The aforementioned list have all being included for the new season campaign.
Kotoko will commence the 2023/24 season of the Ghana Premier League at home to Hearts of Lions in Kumasi on Sunday, September 17.
They are hoping to reclaim the league title with coach Prosper Narteh Ogum after losing it to Medeama SC last season.
