Aduana Stars Near Appointment of New Head Coach
Aduana Stars Football Club is in the final stages of appointing a new head coach following the recent departure of Yaw Acheampong.
The club’s Communications Director, Evans Oppong, revealed in an interview with Ghanasoccernet that they are considering three candidates for the role.
“We are considering three coaches. Two locals and one foreign, but it is likely we will go in for a local coach. We will name a new coach within this week,” Oppong stated.
The announcement comes as Aduana Stars seek to rejuvenate their campaign in the ongoing Ghana Premier League.
The team has struggled this season, currently sitting in 13th position with just 12 points from 12 games.
