Ghanaian player and Ludogorets striker Bernard Tekpetey has urged the leadership of the Ghana Football Association (GFA) to prioritize effective planning and organization for the national teams.

The striker’s comments highlight concerns about the inability of the Black Stars and the Black Galaxies to qualify for the AFCON 2025 and the CHAN tournament respectively.

Speaking in an interview with Asempa FM, Tekpetey emphasized the need for better strategies to elevate the performance and competitiveness of Ghana’s national football teams on the international stage.

“There’s still a lot to be done at the GFA, and I believe things need to be put in order,” Tekpetey stated. “The leaders need to plan very well towards the national team.” He added.

The striker, who is currently recovering from an injury is optimistic that aligning administrative efforts with on-field ambitions will help secure the future of Ghanaian football.
