Prosper Narteh Ogum Confident Ahead of Crucial Clash with Bibiani GoldStars

Asante Kotoko head coach Prosper Narteh Ogum has expressed optimism about his team’s preparedness for their pivotal Ghana Premier League Matchday 14 encounter against Bibiani GoldStars.

The match is set to take place on Friday, December 27, 2024, at the Baba Yara Stadium in Kumasi.

Speaking in a pre-match interview, Ogum acknowledged the quality and competitive nature of their opponents, lauding GoldStars’ players and head coach Frimpong Manso.

“GoldStars is a very big team with great players, and they have one of the most respected coaches in Frimpong Manso, whom I hold in high regard,” Ogum remarked. “He respects me, and I respect him as well. We know it will be a tough match, but we are ready to face the challenge.”

He emphasized that Kotoko’s training program has been carefully structured to meet the high demands of the match.

“It’s going to be a tactical game with a lot of aggression. The intensity will be high because both teams are eager to win,” he said. “We are ready for the challenge, and we’ve structured our training program to prepare thoroughly for the encounter.”
