Nurudeen Amadu Cites Demotivation for leaving FC Samartex
Former FC Samartex head coach Nurudeen Amadu has shed light on his decision to part ways with the club, citing a sense of demotivation as a key factor in stepping down.
In an interview with Max FM, Amadu spoke highly of Dr. Richard Duah Nsenkyire, the club’s top executive, highlighting his supportive and understanding nature.
“He [Dr. Richard Duah Nsenkyire] is a very kind and generous person who is also very understanding. I met with him on Monday to discuss what he felt would help the team, which actually impressed me. Though he had been supportive, he tells me when I go wrong,” Amadu explained.
Despite the backing from the club’s leadership, Amadu revealed that personal feelings of dissatisfaction made it difficult for him to continue in his role.
“If you are demotivated or not happy, then you’ll need to look elsewhere. Wherever you go, you’ll have to do your best,” he added.
FC Samartex currently occupies 10th place in the league standings with 17 points.
