King Faisal’s Adom Antwi joins Nigerian side Rivers United

Ghanaian forward Samuel Adom Antwi has sealed a move to the Nigerian top-flight after leaving King Faisal FC in Ghana.

Antwi, 23, has signed a one-year contract with Rivers Uinted following a successful agreement early this week.

The striker was a member of King Faisal FC team that suffered relegation from the Ghana Premier League in 2022-23 season due to poor outings. He leaves to Nigerian as the team prepares to play in the lower-tier league.

He was incredible for the Insha Allah Boys despite the team suffering relegation.

Adom Antwi scored 5 times for King Faisal in the 2022/23 MTN FA Cup.

Adom Antwi ‘s addition comes as huge boost for Rivers United as they strengthen squad for their upcoming CAF Confederation Cup campaign.
