Dreams FC looks poised for their second leg encounter of the 2023-24 CAF Confederation Cup preliminary round game against Milo FC De Kankan.

The first-leg ended in a 1-1 draw in Conakry after the 2022-23 MTN FA Cup Champions broke the deadlock but failed to keep a cleansheet.

The “Still Believe” Boys will host the Guinean club on Sunday, August 27, 2023 at the Accra Sports Stadium. Ahead of the epic game, Abdul Karim Zito head coach says the side will fight to qualify and nothing more.

“When we were going to Guinea, our objective was to draw or to win but this time around on paper it seems like e have qualified but practically we are not yet.

“So we are all going to fight and with our objective, nothing but to qualify”, Zito told Radio Gold.

“We had a meeting with our big men and we told that we shouldn’t relax, we saw how they played.

“But this time we have to work and be serious and qualify on Sunday.” Karim Zito told Radio Gold Sports.

Dreams fc will face Sierra Leone club, Kallon FC after their opponent, AS Douanes of Niger pulled out of the qualifiers following the closure of their airport over the coup d’état.
