Popular Ghanaian tipster Enokay 69, who is an ardent supporter of Barcelona, has opened up about how his hatred for Real Madrid caused him to lose $1000 in the second leg of the UEFA Champions League semi-final between the Spanish side and Bayern Munich.

Real Madrid and Bayern Munich met in the second leg of the UEFA Champions League semi-final on Wednesday, May 8, which saw the former securing a qualification to seek their 15th title.

According to Enokay, when the game was tied 1-1, he placed a bet against the 14-time champions, hoping to win, but ultimately lost at the end of the game.

However, Enokay acknowledges that Real Madrid is worth betting on in the UEFA Champions League, emphasizing that his recent loss was purely due to his hatred for them.

“When it comes to the Champions League, I invest huge sums of money betting on Real Madrid. But in their recent game against Bayern Munich, I wanted them out of the competition, so I bet $1,000 against them due to my hatred, but lost,” he said in an interview on Adom FM’s Nkrataasem show, hosted by Kobby Stonne.

When asked why he uses large amounts of money for betting, the betting expert said he had been a risk-taker even before becoming famous as Enokay.

However, he advised against taking big risks because not everyone can be so lucky.

“I was a risk-taker before becoming known as Enokay. I can invest my last amount to bet on a certain game. Betting involves luck as well as analysis. So what may work for me may not work for others,” he said.

“I don’t advise people to stake money that isn’t theirs, like school fees, because they may not be as fortunate. Even if you use 10 cedis to potentially win 30 cedis, be content with that rather than risking your last funds,” he added.
