Hearts of Oak secured an impressive 3-1 victory over Berekum Chelsea in an action-packed Friday night Ghana Premier League clash at the University of Ghana Stadium, kicking off match-week 14 in style.

The Phobians opened the scoring in the 16th minute through Ramzy Yussif, who converted from close range to give Hearts the advantage.

After halftime, Hearts of Oak came out with renewed determination. Just five minutes into the second half, Hamza Issah doubled their lead with a composed finish following a surging run.

Chelsea refused to back down and were rewarded in the 62nd minute when Emmanuel Sarpong redeemed himself with a towering header to make it 2-1. The goal reignited Chelsea’s hopes as they pushed for an equalizer, piling pressure on Hearts’ defense.
