GFA Partners Adesa Production Ltd. to Boost Ghana Premier League
The Ghana Football Association (GFA) has officially announced a landmark partnership with Adesa Production Ltd. for the production, management, and marketing of the Ghana Premier League.
The announcement was made during a launch event at the Mövenpick Ambassador Hotel in Accra, where key stakeholders from the football community gathered to witness the unveiling of this new era for Ghanaian club football.
As part of the agreement, each participating Ghana Premier League club will receive GHS 1 million ahead of the start of the 2025/26 football season. GFA President Kurt Edwin Simeon-Okraku made the announcement during the event, hailing the deal as a game-changer for the domestic league.
The partnership with Adesa Production Ltd. is expected to significantly enhance the league’s production value, commercial appeal, and overall brand positioning, marking a major step forward in the GFA’s quest to professionalize and commercialize domestic football.
