Golden Kick FC head coach Fiifi Parker Hanson has declared his readiness to join Ghana Premier League giants Hearts of Oak—on condition that his personal terms and professional ethics are respected.

The 39-year-old tactician has been in the spotlight after guiding lower-tier side Golden Kick FC to a historic MTN FA Cup final, where they narrowly lost 2-1 to Asante Kotoko.

His exploits have sparked widespread interest, with Hearts of Oak reportedly leading the race to secure his services ahead of the 2025/26 season.

Speaking in an interview with Akoma FM, Parker Hanson confirmed that while he is open to taking up a role at Hearts, he would only do so if negotiations are mutually beneficial.

“Hearts of Oak is a big team, but it has its own style of operation. If they (Hearts) come to seek my services, I will gladly join them only if the negotiations between us go well,” he stated.

The former Right to Dream Academy coach made it clear that he would not compromise on his values or professional environment.

“I will evaluate their method of doing things if it suits mine, but I will not force myself if the working atmosphere is not pleasant for me,” he added.

The Phobians recently announced the appointment of experienced Ghanaian tactician Mas-Ud Didi Dramani as head coach on a two-year contract, marking a new phase in their rebuilding project.

Asked whether he would consider working under Dramani, Parker Hanson welcomed the idea, citing a longstanding professional relationship.

I’ve known Didi Dramani for a long time, we worked together at Right to Dream Academy, so working under him at Hearts of Oak won’t be a difficult task; in fact, it will help my career,” he noted.

However, he remained firm on ensuring that the club’s values and vision align with his own.

“That doesn’t mean that I will still go to Hearts if my ethics don’t align with theirs. If they do, there won’t be any issues. I welcome any club that wants to collaborate with me,” Parker Hanson emphasized.

Meanwhile, reports indicate that Hearts of Oak are in advanced discussions to appoint Najahu Issah as their new goalkeepers’ trainer, as the club continues to overhaul its technical setup ahead of the upcoming season.
