FC Samartex part ways with winger Richard Asare

Ghanaian club, FC Samartex 1996 has parted ways with forward Richard Asare ahead of new Premier league season.

The Ghanaian wideman will not be part of the Timber Giant’s for the upcoming 2023-24 BetPawa Premier League.

He struggled to break into the team during the 2022/23 Ghana Premier League season under coach Annor Walker.

Asare was part of the Samartex team that secured historic promotion to the Ghana Premier League.

The former Hearts of Lions player joined Samartex from Nzema Kotoko in the 2020/21 season.
