Black Stars Management Committee Members Received Only Half of Players’ Appearance Fee – Moses Armah Parker

Black Stars Management Committee member Moses Armah Parker has disclosed that members of the committee received only half of the players’ appearance fee during their service with Ghana’s senior national team.

Speaking on Medeama FM, Parker explained that each committee member was paid $50,000, adding that the committee did not receive any additional allowances or performance-related incentives.

According to him, unlike the players, members of the Management Committee were not entitled to daily allowances or bonuses tied to the team’s results.

“Members of the Black Stars Management Committee received only half of the players’ appearance fee, meaning each of us received $50,000,” Parker revealed.

He further clarified that the payment represented the full financial package for committee members throughout their period of service.

“There was no per diem or winning bonus for the committee,” he added.

Parker’s comments come amid ongoing public discussions about payments, bonuses and financial arrangements involving Ghana’s national teams.

The revelation provides fresh insight into how members of the Black Stars Management Committee were compensated, highlighting a distinction between the remuneration structure for players and that of officials.
