Dreams FC head coach Winfred Dormon has commended his players for their composure and tactical discipline following their 2-0 victory over FC Samartex in a Matchweek 8 clash of the 2025/26 Ghana Premier League.

Dreams FC delivered one of their most assured performances of the campaign at Tuba, controlling possession and creating numerous scoring chances as they aim to build a solid home record this season.

Speaking in his post-match interview, Coach Dormon expressed satisfaction with the team’s display while emphasizing the need for greater sharpness in the attacking phase.

“Overall, it was a good performance and a good result, but we still have a lot to improve in the final third,” he noted. “In this game, we could have easily scored four or more goals.”

The tactician praised his players for maintaining focus and executing their game plan effectively against a difficult opponent, highlighting the team’s growing confidence and unity.

The result marked a much-needed boost for Dreams FC, who had endured a challenging start to the season. With the win, the Dawu-based club moved out of the relegation zone, climbing to seven points as they look to build momentum heading into the next round of fixtures.
