Kudus, 23, has appeared to be a suitor for several European clubs and nears AFC Ajax Amsterdam exit than staying this summer.

Clubs like Chelsea FC, Liverpool FC and Brighton and Hove Albion have made contact to Ajax for his signature but no concrete deal. Brighton package was rejected after the club failed to reach personal agreement with the Ghanaian player.

Mohammed Kudus demanded a release clause in his contract but Brighton and Hove Albion failed to reach a compromise.

WestHam United FC on the other hand, have seen two of their bid for Kudus REJECTED as Ajax demands for more. The Hammers first bid for €37million but was rejected off hands before an amount of €42m was processed but also rejected.

Ajax now want closer to €50m and sense other late-window suitors may enter the race.

On Thursday night, the former FC Nordsjaelland star and Ghana international netted his first-ever hat-trick in AFC Ajax Amsterdam Europa League qualification game against Bulgarian giant’s Ludogorets. Ajax won 4-1 with Kudus bagging three goals after firing twice in the first half and adding one in the second half.

In what could be his last game at Ajax due to the pressure mounted by clubs to acquire his services this summer, the versatile player was quizzed whether he is leaving now.

He said; “Yes, I think so. But let’s see what happens in the next days. The talks are going on. We have to see if an agreement is reached in the next days.”

“This was my first hat trick but I don’t think it’s one of my best matches”.

The former Right to Dream Academy product has a contract with Ajax that runs till 2025.
