“Kurt Okraku’s administration is a selfish one”- Alhaji Grusah

Owner of King Faisal Football Club, Alhaji Karim Grusah has launched a scathing criticism of the Ghana Football Association (GFA) under the leadership of Kurt Okraku, accusing it of prioritizing personal and financial gains over the national interest.

Grusah’s remarks reflect growing frustration among some stakeholders in Ghanaian football over the inability of the Black Stars to qualify to the AFCON 2025 in Morocco

Speaking to the Asempa FM, Grusah did not hold back in his assessment, alleging that the current administration operates on the basis of favoritism and personal connections.

“The administration of Kurt Okraku is a selfish administration,” he stated. “It is full of selfish interest, friends and family interests, and an agency administration. The aim of this administration is to invite their players to the national team and later sell them for big money.” He said.

Ghana have failed to qualify for the AFCON for the first time in 20 years and would not turn their attention to the World Cup qualifiers.
