Asante Kotoko secured a commanding 2-0 victory over lower-tier side Future Stars FC at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium.

The Porcupine Warriors, returning to their fortress, delighted fans with an impressive performance, highlighted by a sensational brace from Albert Amoah.

The breakthrough came in the 65th minute when Amoah latched onto a pinpoint through ball from midfielder Saaka. With composure, Amoah slotted the ball past the goalkeeper to give Kotoko a deserved lead.

Kotoko maintained their dominance, controlling possession and creating numerous chances. The team sealed the win in the 86th minute as Albert Amoah got his second of the day. Asante Kotoko secured their place in the round of 32 of the Ghana FA Cup.
