Ghanaian international Thomas Partey has reaffirmed his commitment and consistent efforts at Arsenal, saying he always gives his best for the Premier League giants, regardless of the circumstances.

Partey joined Arsenal in 2020 from Spanish side Atletico Madrid and has since become a key figure in Mikel Arteta’s midfield setup. While injuries have at times interrupted his momentum, the 31-year-old insists that his dedication and output have remained at the highest level whenever he’s been on the pitch.

In an interview with 3Sports, Partey was asked to identify his best season at the North London club, particularly after completing the 2024/25 campaign largely injury-free. His response, however, went beyond statistics.

“I think they’ll talk about the availability because I was available throughout the whole [of the 2024/25] season, so of course they say that,” he said.

“But I will say every moment, every time in training, I’ve been at my best. I can’t count how many games I was not giving my best. Sometimes, it may go bad, but I feel like every game or every match, I go in all out and try to give my best.”

Partey, who is yet to lift a major trophy with Arsenal since joining, added that his mindset hasn’t changed through the years — even when injuries threatened to slow down his progress.

“So I feel happy. In me, I feel like every year, injury, no injury, it is part of it, it has been my best,” he added.

Meanwhile, Arsenal are currently engaged in contract extension talks with the Ghana midfielder, whose current deal is set to expire in 2026. Despite interest from clubs in Saudi Arabia and across Europe, the Gunners are keen on retaining the experienced midfielder ahead of the new season.
