“Every Match Is Like a Final for Hearts of Oak”- Salim Adams

Hearts of Oak midfielder, Salim Adams has emphasized the high stakes that come with representing the Phobians, declaring that no match is ever easy for the club.

Speaking ahead of their much-anticipated Ghana Premier League clash against arch-rivals Asante Kotoko, Adams expressed the team’s readiness for the challenge and their determination to secure a positive result.

“There is nothing like an easy match when you play for Hearts of Oak,” Adams said. “Every match is like a final for us. We are prepared for Kotoko.” He said.

Adams, who has been a pivotal figure in the Hearts midfield, also took the opportunity to thank the club’s passionate supporters.

“I’m grateful to the fans,” he stated. “They should keep on supporting us.”

Hearts of Oak are 6th on the log with 19 points while Kotoko are behind them with 18 points. The game will take place on 15th December 2023 at the Baba Yara stadium in Kumasi.
