The 24-year-old, who previously featured for Accra Hearts of Oak, joins the Still Believe lads after impressing during a loan spell in the second half of last season. Suraj made nine appearances, scoring once in the league, and played a key role in stabilizing the midfield as Dreams FC concluded the 2024/25 campaign.
Having completed his contractual obligations with Hearts of Oak, Suraj reached an agreement with the Phobians to part ways, paving the way for a move back to Dawu.
Confirming the deal, Dreams FC announced:

Dreams FC are currently in camp fine-tuning preparations, with Suraj already training with his new teammates. The club will also participate in the Nsenkyire Cup as part of their preseason activities before the league kicks off.
